Two worlds. One shared vision.
Freedom, nature, and craftsmanship that lasts.

Between wild coastlines, open landscapes, old craft traditions, and the scent of leather, wood, and fresh coffee, Spitzstock was born.

Not as a fashion brand.

But as a reminder that the most beautiful things take time.

We believe in clothing and accessories that don't just look good, but feel more familiar with every day. Favorite pieces that stay with you for years and gather memories – instead of being replaced after a season.

Spitzstock stands for slowing down, freedom, and a connection to nature — expressed through real craftsmanship, good materials, and longevity instead of mass consumption and disposable goods. Quality matters more than quantity, character more than perfection.

Our Story

It all began in 2016 during a shared trip to France – the moment the first thoughts of Spitzstock were born. Many more followed, until Spitzstock itself was born in 2017.

Not in a big city, but where nature, light, and calm shape everyday life. Among small markets, old workshops, and the closeness of the sea, the desire grew to create things that hold onto exactly this feeling.

Spitzstock emerged from the connection of two passions that could hardly be more different – and yet complement each other perfectly.

During her training as a tailor and designer, Selina discovered her love for French fashion, Art Déco, and timeless design. The elegance of natural materials, clean lines, and the special atmosphere of small ateliers shaped her very first collections. To this day, France – with its stillness, its light, and its appreciation for craftsmanship – remains one of the brand's greatest sources of inspiration.

Steven grew up with a completely different tradition: life on a family ranch, shaped by open space, stillness, and a closeness to nature. As a young boy, he learned the leather craft of cowboys and developed an early feel for materials, tools, and traditional techniques. Working with plant-tanned leather, hand-tooling, and saddlery have accompanied him since childhood and remain the craft foundation of Spitzstock to this day.

From the connection of these two worlds came a brand that places stillness and craftsmanship above trends: an attitude of freedom, closeness to nature, and genuine care in craft.

Not loud.

Not short-lived.

But timeless.

The People Behind Spitzstock

Selina

I'm a trained tailor, designer, and stylist. For many years, I've worked in fashion, design, and brand development.

My passion lies in timeless favorite pieces, natural materials, and an aesthetic shaped as much by French countryside romance as by the stillness of nature.

After working in visual merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing, the wish grew to build a brand that deliberately takes a different path: away from fast fashion and short-lived trends, toward quality, character, and lasting design.

Steven

Steven is an artist, saddler, and craftsman by passion. His work combines traditional techniques with an exceptional feel for material and form.

Leather craft has accompanied him since childhood. Growing up on a ranch, he learned to work with leather, tools, and traditional cowboy techniques as a young boy.

Whether tooled leather, silver jewelry, or woodwork – every detail is made with careful handwork and carries his personal signature.

Our Philosophy

We believe beautiful things take time.

Not more. But better.

Not faster. But more mindful.

Not mass-produced. But favorite pieces.

Spitzstock stands for clothing, jewelry, and accessories that don't just look good, but stay with you for years. For pieces that become more familiar with every wear. For materials that are allowed to age. For craftsmanship that stays visible.

We don't want to inspire constant new buying. We want to inspire more mindful choices.

  • Detailaufnahme von pflanzlich gegerbtem Echtleder mit natürlicher Patina und warmer Lederstruktur als Symbol für langlebige Handwerkskunst.

    Plant-tanned leather

Robust, durable, full of character. Develops an individual patina over time and becomes more personal through wear.

  • Punzierwerkzeug für Silberschmuck auf einer Werkbank – traditionelle Schmuckherstellung aus 925 Sterling Silber in Handarbeit.

    925 Sterling Silver

timeless, high-quality, durable. Cared for and refurbished, often wearable across generations.

  • Türkis, Holzperlen, Knochenperlen, Muscheln und Silberperlen auf Leinenstoff – natürliche Materialien für handgefertigten Schmuck.

    Natural materials

Wood, shells, turquoise, pearls, leather. No two surfaces are alike – that's exactly what makes them special.

  • Punziertes Leder mit traditionellen Lederwerkzeugen auf einer Holzwerkbank – echtes Lederhandwerk aus dem Spitzstock Atelier.

    Real craftsmanship

from the first sketch to material selection to the final detail. In our atelier, not on an assembly line.

Our Atelier

In our atelier in Heilbad Heiligenstadt, jewelry, leather accessories, clothing, and special one-off pieces come to life — with care, time, and real craftsmanship instead of assembly-line production.

Here, pieces are designed, cut, tooled, painted, fitted, and finished. Not industrial. Not anonymous. But step by step – with time, experience, and attention to detail.

The atelier is the place where our values become visible: craftsmanship, quality, individuality, and permanence.

Our Manifesto

We believe in favorite pieces instead of throwaway fashion.

In quality instead of mass.

In natural materials instead of artificial perfection.

In craftsmanship instead of arbitrariness.

In character instead of trends.

In things that last.

Spitzstock is made for people who find beauty in stillness, freedom, nature, and real craftsmanship.

For a life with more meaning. And less arbitrariness.
