Shipping Information & Delivery Times
We ship our products within the EU and to the USA quickly and reliably with our partner DHL. Here you'll find an overview of shipping zones, costs, and important customs information.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €100, within the EU on orders over €150, and to the USA on orders over €180.
Shipping Rates (DHL Small Parcel & Warenpost International)
Since January 1, 2025, we've been using the new DHL Small Parcel service for small shipments within Germany. Internationally, we continue to rely on the proven Warenpost International.

Important Information on International Shipping (Customs)
Additional costs may apply for deliveries to the USA, which are beyond our control:
Duties & Taxes: Since August 2025, there is no longer a duty-free threshold for shipments to the USA – meaning any delivery to the USA, regardless of value, may be subject to customs duties. The amount of duties and import taxes is determined by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and is beyond our control.
Processing: DHL usually handles customs clearance on your behalf. Please note that DHL may charge a service fee (advance payment fee) directly to the recipient for this.
Duration: Customs inspections may cause delays in delivery to the USA that are beyond our control.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment anytime on the DHL website or in the Post & DHL app.
Special Shipping for Art Pieces
Due to their nature, size, or value, select art pieces are not shipped through standard shipping. In these cases, we'll arrange transport for you through a specialized art shipping company. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination and effort involved. Please contact us before purchase for a non-binding quote.
Payment Options
Payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Express.
For credit card payments, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
